I am very pleased with my new home and the service that I got from Paul. He is highly professional, yet easy going. While buying a home can be pretty stressful, Paul and his team actually made the process fun.
I contacted Paul before my move from Baltimore to Atlanta. Paul asked me a few simple questions and developed a list of properties that met my needs. Because of his organization, attention to detail, and patience, we were able to look at over 25 properties in a single Saturday, which has to be some sort of record. I took my sister, a former real estate agent along with me to look at properties and she was also very impressed with Paul’s preparation. Because of Paul’s patience, we were able to get into the last property of the day, which turned out to be my new home.
During the purchase process, Paul kept me very informed during each step of the way. Although I did some shopping on my own for a lender, the one that Paul recommended turned out to be the best deal and very easy to work with. Paul worked hard to get the closing done by the time we planned on in spite of a few challenges along the way. Again, during each step of the process, I felt like I knew exactly what was going on and that Paul was working in my best interest.

Paul helped us to sell our home and to find the house of our dreams. First, he focused on selling our home. He did a walk-thru and gave us some excellent suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale. We appreciated this and went ahead with his suggestions. Paul took some pictures and listed our home. The first day it was on the market, we received a great offer. The home buying experience with Paul was also excellent . At the time, we had a 3 month old and my wife and I both worked so our schedules were very chaotic. Paul worked with our schedule. He was always available for home showings or questions. The research he did on the properties was always very thorough. He hid nothing from us and gave knowledgeable and accurate information.
